Action plan for the whole session is prepared which includes celebrations of all important days with various activities like pledge taking, poster making, slogan writing, essay writing, rally in nearby community, street plays, conducting exercise and yoga sessions, delivering lectures through experts. Developing leadership qualities and personality development of students is considered as major aspect while performing the activities. Campus cleaning and planting saplings creates a sense of responsibility and belongingness among volunteers.

The mission of scouting and guiding is to contribute to the education of young people and through a value system based on the scouts promise and law, to help build a better world where people are self fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society. Scouting is fun with a purpose, directing, helping boys and girls become happy, healthy, useful citizens and explore the world beyond class rooms. Activities include learning life skills, leadership skills, teamwork, adventures, education, and communication skills, Character training, good citizenship skills, trust worthiness and personal fitness are a part of scouting and guiding.
